Research

The research activities of the Department of Economics cover diverse topics, which are listed under research foci. In addition to basic theoretical research, application-oriented analyses are also conducted. The research topics are addressed using a mix of methods including behavioral economics, microeconomics, game theory, simulations and empirical methods such as experimental economics (online and laboratory experiments).
